Returns window

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable

• Customised or made-to-order pieces
• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Products without original packaging or tags

Damaged in transit

Please share unboxing photos/video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or as agreed on WhatsApp for COD/manual payments.
